Dixie is the lesson horse at the barn. She belongs to oldest granddaughter, Jaselynn. Dixie is 18 years old but still works nearly every day with a lesson or two. We do not jump her, even over small jumps... her joints just wouldn't take the stress. She looks pretty good for an old girl, doesn't she.
This is the horse that I ride when Pat gives me riding lessons. She is really sweet ( the horse).
